Oxide Volatile Oils

2.6.5.7 Oxide Volatile Oils The various chemical constituents containing oxide function present in naturally occurring volatile oils are namely: Safrole, Myristicin, Apiole, Cineole and Ascaridole. These compounds have already been discussed under section Phenolic Ether VolatileOils (2.6.5.6) in this chapter.
