Five compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Dregea volubilis including taraxerol (1), oleanolic acid (2), luteolin (3), uracil (4), and vitexin (5). The structures of these compounds were established by MS, 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR spectra and by comparison with the published NMR data. Among them, uracil (4) was isolated from Dregea L. for the first time.
