Uses: 

Cure pertussis (Seeds). Young leaves are eaten to cure insomnia. In Malaysia, the leaves and roots are used as poultices, and the decoction of the roots is used to treat fever.

Distribution:

The tree grows naturally on bad soil in secondary forest, quite common in Vietnam.
