The native range of this species is Tropical & Subtropical Asia to N. & E. Australia. It is a tree and grows primarily in the seasonally dry tropical biome. It is used as animal food, a poison, a medicine and invertebrate food, has environmental uses and social uses and for fuel and food.

Uses: 

Worms, flukes (bark). Scabies, dermatitis, urticaria, vaginitis (Leaves cooked in bath water) – Pay attention to poisonous plants.

Distribution: 

The plant is quite common in Vietnam.

February-June
